Firehouse dog:
Very childish and hookey just like most kids movies but interesting and a good family film for kids aged 10 to 17 i'd guess. Def a good movie for moms and women who like cute family movies. This is the type of movie they'd show on lifetime over and over again (and maybe they have for all I know

National Treasure:
great movie. I've seen it before but don't think I'd written a review. Anyway, this is like a modern day adventure flick that actually keeps you interested and doesn't disappoint with the twists and turns in the plot... even if they are ridiculously out there and unbelievable. I'll def have to watch the 2nd one whenever I think to put it on the list next haha

Into the Wild:
Apparently this isn't a new story. So, there was this dude who just one day decided this world is messed up (and he is right) and so he just up and dips out of his life. He starts by giving all his money away to a charity and then driving his car until it was pretty much out of gas and then he narrowly escapes a flash flood and then he begins his new life as a traveler and hippie or whatever. So anyway, he had a lot of great adventures and meets a lot of cool people only working enough to eat and lives off the land and travels by foot and train everywhere. So he eventually makes his way to his "dream home" of the Alaskan wilderness and proceeds to set up shop there. I won't go anymore into it than that but I must tell you this movie was great! and it also made me wish the guy wasn't such and idiot b/c he really understood life better than a lot of people ever will but he made some really bad decisions b/c he was too selfish to get any type of help which in the end was his down fall.
If you haven't seen this movie.... do. If you don't want to watch it... well then screw you

Savage seas: the deep
This movie might have been better had it been more accurate and up-to-date. I watch Discovery, what seems like, all the time and they have much more up-to-date findings that made most of this movie null-and-void! Besides that it was interesting and quite boring. I think it was a PBS movie or something too so that didn't help. All I could think of while watching it was "man, i wish i was there filming that stuff" but i wasn't...

(I cut and pasted this from IMDB) "An examination of the malevolent London underworld with it's despicable criminal underground. Ray (Mick Rossi) just finished an eight year prison sentence after getting set up. Now he is back on the streets to settle the score." Yeah... so that's the movie and this guy is all about getting revenge... I'll save you 2 hours... he does and it's not that great. Low-budget and it showed. I wasn't that impressed.
