HigherDef Review:

Alright, so we watched this one at my bi-weekly Bible study and I was very impressed. Movies with children as the lead actors can be difficult to watch sometimes but this one was not so bad, granted I wasn't boo-hooing at the end or even moved all that much at all even. However, considering the dragging storyline it was still a well made movie. For the most part it just reminded me of how cruel people can be esp in a time of war. It really saddens me that people could really be so hateful to another person based on their ethnicity or color of their skin. Even women being repressed by men b/c they think "their religion" calls for it pisses me off. I'm digressing though. Decent movie, but nothing really special. Good for kids ages 10-15 more than anything I'd guess.

HigherDef Rating: out of 5
