Seriously... I can't freaking believe I watched this whole movie. It was terrible. The graphics or quality of the movie was just terrible and the story was really lame. Unless you are under 5 years old you aren't the audience for this movie. Don't rent it, and don't even let your children watch it... they might become autistic or something.

Review: So if you couldn't already figure it out, this movie is pretty interesting. Funny at times but def has a dry feel to it. I've had pretty vivid dreams about people i've never met before like this but this movie took it to another level where the guy spends all his time and energy trying to sleep so he can be with his "lover". ANyway, the movie wasn't bad, it just didn't really stick much with me. Fun to watch for an hour or so but overall was pretty forgettable.

A documentary about an uber-famous surf family… AWESOME flick! Very interesting story about this family and, for the most part, I really agreed with the father’s ideals… not all of them by any means but definitely a handful of them. He was a weird guy, but then again so am I so there you go! If you like surfing and weird semi-genius dudes/families you’d like this movie too!

Amanda Bynes was super hot teen actress who really should have tried to not grow up. Well, I know that’s not possible but the cake on make-up she had on during this movie was so distracting to me that it made me wish I hadn’t gotten the DVD in Blue-ray. She is still trying to fit into the teeny bopper image she was created in but it isn’t working. She needs an edgier roll or something to revamp her career because this teen stuff is not working. Anyway, the movie was lame and cute. There were a handful of funny moments but she’s just not the “tom-boy” girl she was trying to be to me and can’t pull it off.

Roscoe Jenkins is black dude heading home for a family reunion… and it’s the first time he’s been home in about a hundred years so obviously everyone in his family is EXACTLY the same but he’s different and because he’s different errybody thinks he’s all bad and changed even though he’s super generous to everyone in his family (EX: he sent his dad a ginormous HD TV one time). Anyway, everyone thinks he’s changed for the worst and he needs to learn a lesson about life blah blah blah blah anyway he learns the lesson and all is good. Anyway, this movie was funny and that was about it. The “life lessons” he learned were actually pretty lame and I wasn’t thrilled with this movie as a whole.

Pretty wacky movie, as you can tell from the preview, but not a bad movie. It could have been a lot weirder and more uncomfortable than it was and it actually was a pretty decent flick. For the most part the story and characters were likeable and easy to relate with. The overall story was a little out there but not just plain stupid like some can be.
